BBQ Country Style Pork Ribs
Serves 2
Here is what you need:
4 meaty country style pork ribs
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce or make your own
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
Here is what you need to do:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Line a roasting pan or baking pan with foil, this is optional. I do it for easy cleanup.
Season ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in the pan, meatiest side up, then cover tightly with foil. Slide in the oven for 2 hours.
Very carefully remove from oven, there will be hot liquid in the pan. Remove the foil from the top then take the ribs out and set aside.
Drain any liquid from the pan and then put the ribs back in there.
Slather the BBQ sauce all over the ribs, both sides.
Set oven to 275 and put ribs back in, uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes.
About 5 to 10 minutes before you are going to take ribs out of oven, slather with BBQ sauce again and put back in oven.
When done, put on a plate and enjoy. Let’s Eat!!
