Conan O'Brien is set to host the Oscars. It'll be the first time the comedian has hosted
the Academy Awards. In a statement, Academy CEO Bill Kramer and president Janet
Yang said Conan is the perfect person to lead the show with his brilliant humor and love
for movies. The Oscars take place on March 2nd in Los Angeles.
Now, Jimmy Kimmel was asked a 3rd time but said it affects his regular late night TV show.
John Mulaney was also asked gut politely said no.
What's good about Conan is that it's the first time for him and he'll try real hard to make it
special. Although Conan got the Late Night Show and Jay Leno came back and bumped
him out of it pretty fast. So let's hope Jimmy Kimmel doesn't pull the same stunt. Kimmel is
