They’re giving someone an apartment 100% rent-free for an entire year on E. 27th Street in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan! Just to be clear, you couldn’t move your entire family into this place. It’s pretty small...353 square feet. Though by New York standards, that isn’t so small. Anything bigger would cost a fortune! Even this place would cost a lot...if they weren’t paying for it.
Something else you should know: the whole place looks like a bag of Skittles Littles. VERY colorful! Just keep in mind it’s also VERY free!
