Three more suspects are nabbed in connection with the murder of 3-year-old Rylo Yancy, shot in a drive-by during a birthday party in a Ft. Lauderdale park last year. Police Chief Bill Schultz getting emotional as he announces the arrests to Rylo's relatives. 20-year-old Antonio Carter and 19-year-olds Tommie Allen and Andrew St. Louis are facing first-degree and attempted first-degree murder charges. They join 20-year-old Tyler Hollins who was arrested last March. Investigators think Hollins was arguing with a man at the party before multiple shots were fired out of two cars.
