A wild scene caught on cameras by our Total Traffic chopper. A crash on I-395 eastbound at Biscayne Blvd leading to a violent confrontation between a woman and two men in the other vehicle with a sharp object. This was broken up by a man that was in the car with her.
Miami Police and Florida Highway Patrol responding. The woman has been handcuffed and taken into custody by FHP.
