WATCH: Dolphins GM & Coach Give Season Review

The Miami Dolphins' General Manager and Head Coach are speaking out after an 8-9 season left them missing the playoffs for the first time in three seasons.

"It's unacceptable. No one is happy, and we will get this fixed. Very confident in our process and looking forward to 2025 and not being out of the playoffs, watching other teams play," said Chris Grier.

Grier went on to say he and Coach Mike McDaniel will be meeting with team owner Stephen Ross to go through everything from roster, to salary cap and future expectations because Ross deserves a winner.

McDaniel added he met with wide receiver Tyreek Hill for about an hour yesterday, saying the team won't tolerate his choosing to leave a game early, and Hill embraced accountability.

Grier added Hill never asked him for a trade.

After the season finale Sunday, Hill said it might be time for him to leave the Dolphins.
