Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is issuing a warning to a Palm Beach County gym that he will take "swift legal action" if need be.
It's about complaints his office has received that men are being allowed inside women's locker rooms at Life Time Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens.
"Life Time Fitness tried to hide behind a misread county code. But the law is crystal clear and so is my message: Men do not belong in womens restrooms...or locker rooms."
In a video posted online, the AG says the allegations go against state law and that supporters of transgender rights are to blame for the gym's policies.
